Requirements

  • Operate CNC Turning machines as per production plan.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and job instructions.

  • Set tools and adjust offsets as required to maintain dimensional accuracy.

  • Inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.

  • Ensure first-piece and in-process inspection as per quality plan.

  • Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S standards.

  • Report tool breakage, machine issues, or nonconformance to the supervisor.

  • Follow safety norms and wear PPE (Safety Shoes, Gloves, etc.).

  • Maintain daily production logs and inspection records.

  • Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
