2–5 years of experience in manufacturing / CNC / fabrication setup preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ready to work in shift duties.
Description

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.

Allocate manpower and ensure efficient utilization of machines and materials.

Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep and preventive maintenance.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
-
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Identify process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-
Enforce safety, housekeeping, and environmental standards on the shop floor.

Motivate, guide, and lead operators for improved performance and discipline.

Provide on-the-job training to workers for skill development.

Communicate daily production status, issues, and progress to management.

Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing.

Coordinate with planning, stores, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
